The Microsoft Kinect

The technology I find the most interesting from class is the Microsoft Kinect. The Microsoft Kinect is a device used for the Xbox 360 that recognizes people and voices which, allows you to play games with your body instead of using a controller. I think this technology is important because it opens the door to what people will be able to do in the future as far as video game interaction. According to the lecture the Kinect broke the Guinness world record for the fastest selling consumer electronic device of all time, which proves that it is breaking boundaries in technology and is something that people should be aware of.
